HB 2213
In May, HB 2213 passed the COMMITTEE ON ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES AND ENERGY, HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES to be referred to the full House. This bill would extend the rights of property owners, give municipalities more control over Marcellus development, and give more protection to High Quality and Exceptional Value streams.
