Submit an LOI

The first step to qualify for a grant from the Foundation for Pennsylvania Watersheds is to complete the following form to submit a Letter of Inquiry. If your project fits the Foundation’s criteria, we will invite you to submit a full grant application. Grants cannot be made to individuals, businesses, or government agencies.

You will receive a copy of your LOI via email. Please retain it for your records. Also, please add projectwater@verizon.net to your approved senders list. Emails generating a Spam-filter response will no longer be pursued.
