Report Your Grant

As part of the Foundation’s ongoing project to better understand how our funding is used and to demonstrate our accomplishments, all grantees must report on how they used their grants. All grantees must file a final report within either:

• One calendar year of receiving project funding, or
• 90-days of project completion

Grantees that fail to provide final reports will not receive priority consideration for future projects. The following guidance is meant to cover all projects funded by the Foundation. In the event that one of these questions does not apply to your project, simply type n/a. You will receive a copy of your report via email. Please retain it for your records.
